NIKIESHA MCLENNON, Founder / CEO
Nikiesha is a Program Management Office (PMO) Director with over 15 years of proven success driving large, complex business and tech transformations at top-ranked Financial Services and Management Consulting Firms.
She’s a proud HBCU grad with a B.S. in Computer Science and has successfully ushered a multitude of initiatives to success while leading global execution teams.
Nikiesha’s work also extends beyond the corporate space. Her dedication to community and healing work inspired her role as a mentor and career counselor. She excels at helping people of color navigate unique workplace challenges. Also a certified a wellness practitioner, she thrives on supporting others personal growth as Founder/CEO of The Wellness Doula.
Nikiesha’s a native New Yorker and culture enthusiast who, when not helping others, enjoys traveling, creating, fine cuisine, and spending time with loved ones.
PATRICE PEAN, Director of Strategy
Patrice leads our strategic and long-range goal planning function.
He leverages over 20 years of experience leading M&A and IT Change strategies at world-class organizations across Wall Street and top-tier Management Consulting Firms. Patrice is passionate about Career Counseling and has successfully influenced the careers of countless mentees.
He has an M.S. in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from New York University. He’s also a nature enthusiast, a highly-motivated dad who enjoys pouring greatness into his children, and capturing memorable family moments in his spare time.
